Ну вообще нет. По лору она попала в катастрофу во время испытания какого-то нового самолета и разсинхронизировалась, а Уинстон помог ей "собраться" этим устройством, которая она носит. Даже автора арта написал пояснение:
A lot of people mind that Tracer, in my Overwatch illustration, doesn't wear her chrono-device to keep her from shifting out of reality.
First, I was aware of this when I chose to do the illustration. I deeply respect all the lore of the game, but for the sake of the story in my illustration, I decided to set the device on the side anyway.
Second : guys, we didn't understand Tracer's story the same way, it seems. You seem to believe she'd consistently be a phantom without the device. I understood she just risks of phasing in and out of our timeline randomly, nothing permanent ; plus, think of it : she HAD to be phased in at some point, for Winston to be able to 'catch' her and equip her with said device, right?
Just take it for what it is : she's having a fast breakfast before going to battle, and luckily, for a few minutes, she didn't phase out!
