А по моему это смешно при любых раскладах.
В двух словах:
"El Risitas" (the man that is missing some teeth) is telling a story that happened to him when he went to clean some special frying pans to make "paella" when he worked in a restaurant by the beach in Chipiona. His boss told him that he had to clean the pans before 2pm so he went to the beach to get them but the sea rose so the pans were underwater and he could only get one. The owner of the restaurant made him pay the second pan. The story is funny but his laughter made it funnier :)
